Nominate Your Colleagues for Advocacy Appreciation Awards
Marine industry leaders will be recognized by NMMA for their tireless efforts in federal, state and local advocacy efforts at the American Boating Congress. Two awards will be presented to industry personnel.
- The Legislative Appreciation Award: Government Relations Champion of 2008 recognizes an industry leader who has developed or actively encouraged legislative and regulatory initiatives on behalf of the recreational boating industry.
- The Advocate of Year Award recognizes someone who has undertaken grassroots and political outreach efforts to further the industry’s public policy initiatives. All nominations must come from industry colleagues.
