The 2018 Survey of state laws affecting contracts and relationships between marine dealers and manufacturers was conducted in collaboration with Jesse T. Moore, Senior Attorney, Dykema Cox Smith in Austin Texas. The 50-state survey references statutes regulating contract length, termination, territory, inventory buy-back, warranty repair labor rates and other aspects of the dealer-manufacturer relationship.
