New Super Session at IBEX Addresses Workforce Development Challenges and Opportunities
A new Super Session has been added to the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) educational lineup, Challenges & Solutions for Workforce Development, to address the hurdles of recruiting and retaining employees in the boating industry and address areas that will help companies’ long-term growth. The workforce Super Session will take place September 30, 2019 ahead of IBEX (Oct. 1-3) in Tampa, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Registration opens in May.
The Challenges & Solutions for Workforce Development Super Session will:
- Examine existing workforce development efforts
- Explore best practices at the local, regional and state levels.
- Learn how to formulate a best approach for your company to develop a capable workforce
The Super Session is presented by the NMMA in cooperation with the Recreational Boating Leadership Council Workforce Taskforce and IBEX.
