PWIA represents U.S. personal watercraft manufacturers. Founded in 1987, the organization was created to promote the safe and responsible operation of personal watercraft. PWIA provides a unified voice for the segment, and represent the interests of personal watercraft manufacturers in legislative and regulatory concerns.
PWIA has a simple mission: ensuring that personal watercraft and personal watercraft users are treated fairly when local, state, and federal government officials consider boating regulations. PWIA supports and actively advocates for reasonable regulations, strong enforcement of boating and navigation laws, and mandatory boating safety education for all PWC operators.
Membership is open to all NMMA members that manufacture personal watercraft. Additional fees apply.
