Boating United Alert: Tell the Senate to Pass the Modern Fish Act
NMMA issued a Boating United alert this week encouraging all industry stakeholders to call their senators and tell them to pass the Modern Fish Act. The alert comes as the U.S. Senate considers voting on the Modern Fish Act this month.

According to the Boating United advocacy page, “The U.S. Senate only has a few days remaining to pass the Modern Fish Act. We need your help to make sure they know how important this is.”
The alert continues, “This critical bill will modernize our fisheries management system, promote responsible conservation, enhance access to America's federal waters, and spur economic growth.
“Senate offices are receiving hundreds of calls on this issue each day. It's important that your voice is part of the conversation. Call your senators today and urge them to support S. 1520, the Modern Fish Act!”
