Discover Boating Atlanta Boat Show, in partnership with Progressive Insurance, Opens Today
The Discover Boating Atlanta Boat Show, in partnership with Progressive Insurance, returns to the Georgia World Congress Center today and runs through Sunday. This year’s event features more dealers, more boats and brands to attract the thousands of boating enthusiasts who attend the show annually, plus a host of activities to engage newcomers and avid boaters alike.
The Discover Boating Lake Life Lounge, which launched in Atlanta last year, is expanding in 2024 featuring live music, mixologist competitions, culinary events, a new ‘Ode to ATL’ art exhibit by renowned artist Adrian Franks, and new mechanical surf simulator. The Lake Life Lounge will also hold the inaugural Opening Night Party tonight, hosted by Eating With Erica and featuring a Tasting Station with Chef Joey Ward and live entertainment; proceeds from ticket sales will benefit No Kid Hungry.
Boater education at the show includes the popular Fred’s Shed How-To Center, presented by Progressive Insurance, daily sailing seminars and the Let’s Go Fishing Center featuring the Bass Tub demos.
