NMMA Canada’s Industry Breakfast at the Toronto International Boat Show Spotlights Innovators and State of the Industry

NMMA Canada hosted its annual Industry Breakfast, in conjunction with the Toronto International Boat Show on Jan. 21, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers and boating enthusiasts to highlight the state of the Canadian recreational boating industry.

The event featured several presentations, including an economic update from Nick Bennenbroek of Wells Fargo, a political landscape overview by Susan Smith of BlueSky Strategies, and an update on Discover Boating from NMMA’s Kevin Williams. Andy Adams and Krista Sparkes delivered remarks that underscored the strength and resilience of our industry.

The NMMA Canada Industry Breakfast and Toronto International Boat Show provided an opportunity to engage with policymakers, including MP James Maloney, MP Scot Davidson and Toronto Deputy Mayor Ausma Malik. During the show, the NMMA Canada team toured the show floor with policymakers, highlighting the innovation, craftsmanship and economic contributions of Canada’s recreational marine industry.
